Case Study: CV Formatting

Background

A specialist oil & gas recruitment agency operating internationally approached Arpeo Solutions to see how we could support their stretched recruitment teams with high volume admin tasks.

 

Challenge

The business had recently won a number of new contracts which required a large number of submission, alongside the business tendering for new work which required sanitised CVs to be sent across as part of the proposal.
Due to the high volume of work, delivery speeds has slowed with a potential risk of competing agencies being able to submit candidates faster resulting in lost business.

 

Our Solution

Working to a template provided by the client, Arpeo Solutions were able to begin formatting CVs at short notice to support the current business demand.
In addition to one full time desk, we were also able to offer a flexible and scalable support to cover ad hoc projects and tenders.

 

The Results

As a result the team were able to focus on delivering placements while the CV formatting was covered by Arpeo Solutions.  Initially working with just UK this has since been extended to support the US office, formatting in excess of 200 CVs per month.  We have also been able to support a number of successful tender formatting up to 50 CVs at short notice where required.
